College Assembly at Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar

Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar, in collaboration with IQAC, successfully conducted a College Assembly organized by the Second Year B.Ed. English students. This event aimed to bring students together for an engaging and insightful session.  

 Event Highlights

The assembly featured a well-structured agenda that included:  

- Prayer: The session began with a spiritual and peaceful invocation.  

- Pledge: Students reaffirmed their commitment to ethical values.  

- News Updates: Important current affairs were shared, keeping students informed.  

- Thought of the Day: An inspiring message was delivered to motivate attendees.  

- Activity Session: An interactive session was conducted to encourage participation.  

- Principal’s Address: The Principal shared valuable insights and motivated students.  

- National Anthem: The event concluded with the patriotic rendition of the national anthem.  

Special Focus: Edgar Allan Poe – A Famous American Writer

One of the highlights of the assembly was a discussion about Edgar Allan Poe, a renowned American writer known for his contributions to Gothic literature and poetry. His influence on mystery and horror genres was emphasized, providing students with literary inspiration.
